Recently I have been giving some advice on getting set up for gravel rides and races. I would be remiss if I didn't also point out an excellent article by Corey "Cornbread" Godfrey that he had published in Issue #5 of XXC Magazine.

Corey is a well seasoned veteran of gravel events and is also a promoter of the excellent "Good Life Gravel Adventure" with his band of merry gravel grinders called "The Pirate Cycling League" (I love that name! aarrrrgh!). Corey lays down some excellent points and reinforces some of the things I have related as well. I highly recommend going to the XXC site and downloading the issue #5 and reading not just Corey's great article, but the whole enchilada. Great media there!
