Dirty Kanza 200 Sets 2011 Date

The race directors for the Dirty Kanza 200 have tentatively set a date for their planned 2011 running of this 200 mile gravel grinder through the Flint Hills of Kansas. The date is set now as June 4th, 2011.

In other Dirty Kanza related news, event co-director Jim Cummins has taken a new job in Pennsylvania which will take him away from his home in Kansas. We have been assured that this in no way will affect the running of the Dirty Kanza 200, and we expect that Jim and his co-director Joel Dyke will once again have another excellent event readied by June of 2011 despite Jim's relocation. Gravel Grinder News would like to congratulate Jim on his new job and wish him well in his future position.
