this ain't no tour, and it ain't no official race.
rusa sanctioned 200k brevet for the long ride.
rusa populaire for the short one.
ride is as fast as your precious bike will carry you.
but don't ride too slow, or you'll miss the time cuts.
conditions affect overall time. figure on adding an 1/2 to and hour to your paved 200k time on the long ride. more if the weather does not cooperate.
last year, rain all day and plumetting temps. 1/2 of the field DNS. 1/2 that did DNF.
